Florida Government Leadership
and Modernization Summit
2026 FGLMS Annual Conference Call for Presentations

Monday, Oct 19 - Tuesday, Oct 20, 2026
Florida State Conference Center
555 W Pensacola St, Tallahassee
8:30 am - 4:30 pm
This year, FGLMS has changed the game!
This year, FGLMS is raising the bar by giving Florida leaders direct access to successful agency leaders from other states. These successful CIOs, CISOs, and agency heads will be joined by the private sector partners that helped them deliver results, giving attendees a clear view of what worked, how it was implemented, and the outcomes that followed.
The Florida Technology Council's 2026 Florida Government Leadership & Modernization Summit will be held in Tallahassee as a two-day event in partnership with Florida State University and the Florida Department of Education in collaboration with the Association of Florida Colleges.
This year’s summit will also feature the Florida Department of Education's 4th Annual Florida College System (FCS) Cybersecurity Competition, adding a high energy competitive element to an event already focused on leadership, innovation, and real world results, along with CIOs and CISOs from our Florida College System (FCS).
We encourage public sector leaders and industry partners to submit proposals that help make this year’s summit one of the most valuable government leadership convenings in the nation.
